Discovery Workshop Phone Calls – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in discovery workshop phone calls hosted by McFarland Consulting & Advisory (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) via Zoom or equivalent platforms. By registering for and attending a discovery workshop phone call, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:


1. Purpose of the Workshop

  • Discovery workshop phone calls are intended to provide an initial, high-value consultation to understand your organisation’s needs, challenges, and objectives.

  • The workshop is exploratory in nature and does not constitute a binding agreement for services or guarantees of outcomes.


2. Confidentiality

  • All discussions during the workshop are confidential.

  • Participants must not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the workshop without prior written consent from McFarland Consulting & Advisory.

  • We may take internal notes for the purpose of service scoping and quality improvement, which will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


3. Intellectual Property

  • Any materials, frameworks, slides, or resources shared during the workshop remain the sole intellectual property of McFarland Consulting & Advisory.

  • Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use these materials for internal evaluation purposes only.

  • Copying, repurposing, or commercial use of materials without express permission is strictly prohibited.


4. Conduct and Professionalism

  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during the call.

  • McFarland Consulting & Advisory reserves the right to end the workshop if behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or contrary to a constructive environment.


5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Discovery calls are scheduled in advance via our booking system.

  • Participants may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or repeated cancellations may affect eligibility for future workshops.


6. Technology & Access

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring access to Zoom (or the designated platform), stable internet connection, and functioning audio/video equipment.

  • McFarland Consulting & Advisory is not liable for participant technical issues preventing full participation.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Information provided during discovery workshops is general in nature and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or technical advice.

  • McFarland Consulting & Advisory accepts no liability for decisions made by participants based on the content of the workshop.


8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Any personal or organisational information shared during the call will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
